Refund policy

All sales are final — we don't offer refunds. If your RovaCurl wand arrives damaged, defective, or stops working as it should within 30 days of delivery, we'll send you a free replacement. This policy covers manufacturing defects and shipping damage — it does not cover change-of-mind returns.

How it works
Email us at luca_iaquinto@outlook.com with your order number and a quick note (or photo/video) of the issue. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps. Confirmed defects get a free replacement shipped out at no cost to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and get a replacement on its way.

Non-returnable / non-refundable items
As above, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from replacement.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
